A clear boundary is part of the service.

BorneCare handles visual, non-invasive site care. Exterior, access, protection, signage, inventory, photographs, findings and escalation.

We perform no electrical or internal work. No internal repair, certification, commissioning, grounding verification or firmware modification.

Questions property teams ask

Does BorneCare repair chargers?

BorneCare documents the issue and refers it to the appropriate provider. Electrical, internal, warranty or authorization-dependent repairs remain with qualified parties.

Can you record multiple charger brands?

Yes. The physical site record can inventory multiple manufacturers and operators. V1 does not claim network integrations or live status monitoring.

Is this an electrical safety inspection?

No. It is a visual, non-invasive condition service. Results are not certification or an electrical compliance determination.

How often should a site be visited?

Cadence depends on use, environment, season, manufacturer guidance and your current arrangements. It is proposed after the site assessment.
